Initial conversation​

If your experience matches the role we are looking for, we will contact you to tell you more about the company and the position. We will also be happy to talk about your career so far and your expectations - this is the moment when we can get to know each other better.​

Recruitment meetings​

Selected candidates will be invited to an on-site and/or online interview with the recruiter and future supervisor. Depending on the position, this may involve one or two meetings during which we will talk about your competencies and experience, and sometimes we may ask you to solve a short case study.​

Feedback​

After the interviews, we always come back with feedback. If the decision is positive - we will present you with an offer and invite you to sign a letter of intent. In the case of a negative decision, you will receive an email with a short explanation. Every candidate receives information about the closure of the recruitment process.​
